Viticulture and Winemaking Philosophies:
Farming sustainably, sheep graze the vineyards weeding and feeding the vines. Blocks of vines are kept small and native trees act as wind breaks. While the terroir and farming practices are responsible for most flavors in the wine, the complementary cellar practices act to differentiate these unique wines.
