We emphasize low yields and careful hands-on management of the vines to produce wines that express the unique characteristics of our vineyard sites. Vineyards - Our Le Pavillon vineyard, located in the Dundee Hills AVA on classic Jory soil, is over 30 years old, and contains blocks of Pinot noir, Riesling and Chardonnay. Farmed organically since 1999, Biodynamically since 2005. - Our La Chenaie vineyard is located in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Pinot noir, Tempranillo, Chardonnay and Riesling are planted on south, east, and west-facing slopes also on volcanic soils. Farmed organically. - Our estate Vineyard Meute de Chiens has 6 different clones of Pinot noir. Farmed organically. Labels - Our top cuvees are offered under the Holloran Label, and provide flavors and aromas that are representative of their source vineyard or AVA. - Our Stafford Hill line provides outstanding value for handcrafted, small production wines.
