Chemeketa Cellars is a small production vineyard and winery operated and maintained by the students of the Wine Studies program at Chemeketa Community College. The Wine Studies program was founded in 1999 at Chemeketa Eola in the rolling Eola-Amity hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The 8 acre vineyard on-site grows 9 different varietals allowing students a breadth of experience in the winemaking process. Chemeketa Cellars currently produced around 500 cases a year and is located at the picturesque Northwest Wine Studies Center in Salem.
