Cooking Class: Bread
Thursday December 11th

Brooks Wine
Join our chef for a bread-making class. Enjoy wine while you learn how to make and, most importantly, eat sourdough bread! We will also send you home with the recipe so you can share this experience with friends and family! This class is appropriate for both experienced and new cooks.

Riesling Takeover
Saturday December 13th

Celebrate Riesling with us as Riesling takes over the Brooks tasting room! Choose from Riesling flights paired with a complimentary bite. While you’re here, enter to win a $50 Brooks gift card with each Riesling flight ordered. Special guests Santa and Caesar the No Drama Llama will be here for photos from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM on both days!
This event will take place during regular tasting room hours on Saturday, December 13th, and Sunday, December 14th. Reservations are recommended. Click the “Make a Reservation” button above to reserve your table.

Kick off Sip & Savor weekend with a curated four-course family-style dinner celebrating the craft of non-alcoholic beverages. Chef Chauncey Roach and collaborative Chef Jason French, have designed a seasonal menu featuring items from our garden, paired with a selection of non-alcoholic wines.

A Toast to the Weekend: Brunch & Non-Alcoholic Pairings

Cap off the weekend with a celebratory brunch curated by Chef Chauncey Roach, featuring a seasonal menu with four additional crafted items paired with non-alcoholic wines. Guests can also enjoy our regular menu items and full wine offerings, along with a welcome pour of a refreshing NA mimosa. Savor flavors, connect with fellow attendees, and raise a glass to a weekend of mindful enjoyment.

Painting & Pinot

Every third Thursday of the month come and enjoy various activities from cooking classes to trivia night, to paint & sips, we are excited to host fun activities for you to enjoy! This month join Amanda from Soul Seeds, the artist behind our dried plant Ouroboros, as she walks us through some dried floral art piece making and sup away on delicious Brooks Wine.

Wine & Seafood Fest

IT’s back!! Brooks welcomes you to join us for our very own Wine & Seafood Fest. Oysters, seafood tower, crab, shrimp cocktail and other special items will be on the menu for this weekend only- featuring the new release on a fan favorite, 2023 Ridgecrest Riesling.

Brooks Wine Lab: Love is Blind

Close your eyes, sniff, sip, and let your senses guide you. Taste wines blind and try to identify the notes of fruit, floral, and spice. It’s a fun, eye-opening exercise that sharpens your palate and engages the senses.

Brooks Wine Lab: Blend Battle Lab

Step into the winemaker’s shoes. Experiment by combining base wines to create your own blend, then taste how your creation compares to Brooks’ finished cuveés. Friendly competition makes it playful and engaging.
