Details: 2 acres of Pinot Noir Dijon 777 on 3309 rootstock available for 2024 season, estimated 4 tons. 2023 yielded 3.75tons with a late October harvest. Pricing $3,700/ton (open for negotiation)
Well established vines, 1st acre planted in 1991 and balance acre in 2002. 15+ year history with Matzinger Davies. Dry farmed, jory clay soil.
