Evening Land Vineyards produces acclaimed Oregon Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Seven Springs Estate Vineyard on the eastern slopes of the Eola-Amity Hills.

Evening Land Vineyards is anchored in the Seven Springs estate, a renowned vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills, where ancient volcanic soils and the cool, forested landscape come together to shape the character of the land and create ideal conditions for growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that are pure, expressive, and a true reflection of this unique terroir. At Evening Land, every bottle tells the story of place.

Sashi Moorman has worked in the food and wine industry for more than 20 years. Provignage is the culmination of his belief that the philosophy of the old world vigneron can be applied to and enhanced by bringing together entrepreneurial spirit, traditional winemaking, and authentic storytelling. Sashi is deeply grateful to work alongside the talented team at Provignage and the dedicated agriculturists, proprietors and partners that are his friends and colleagues. Sashi Moorman is the managing partner at Domaine de la Cote, Sandhi Wines, and Evening Land Vineyards and the owner and winemaker of Piedrasassi.
