Caterers & Sponsors
Culinary offerings include luminaries of the local food scene such as Black-owned and woman-owned Epilogue Kitchen, woman-owned Wild Pear Restaurants & Catering and Truffle Shuffle Salem, celebrated fine-dining and veteran-owned Joel Palmer House, Spanish-influenced tapas restaurant The Cozy Taberna, and Willaby’s Catering, a long time curator of some of the region’s finest events.
The event is made possible with the support of an incredible group of local business sponsors, including Revino, which will be recycling empty wine bottles after the event; Willaby’s Catering; Northwest Distribution and Storage, a long-time storage affiliate for many Willamette Valley wineries; Casteel Custom Bottling mobile services, which facilitates bottling needs for wineries that do not have their own bottling line; Apogee Events, which is providing an interactive 360° camera for attendees to capture memories of the event; and the Grand Hotel Salem and Bella Collina Bed & Breakfast, the event’s accommodation and shuttle service partners. Come on down to Evesham Wood Vineyard for a Barn Party featuring Crowley Wines, Haden Fig, and Matt’s BBQ! An afternoon of wine tasting, barbeque, good vibes, and friendly faces in the rustic charm of the hilltop barn overlooking the beautiful vineyards of Evesham Wood.
Everyone will be there hanging out with the winemakers, Erin Nuccio and Tyson Crowley, while they open their best bottles. We cannot wait for you to experience how perfectly these complex pinot noirs pair with Matt’s expertly smoked brisket, turkey, pork sausages, and mushrooms.

Windfall Dinner: An Evening Among the Vines with Tournant

Join us as we celebrate the beauty and promise of Windfall Vineyards—our cherished site with breathtaking ‘forever views’ in the Eola-Amity Hills. This special place reflects our commitment to crafting wines that honor both the land and the journey behind it.
Dine among the vines with a farm-to-fire five-course meal by Tournant, thoughtfully paired with Lytle-Barnett vintage sparkling wines and Aubaine estate-grown wines. Set at rustic farm tables with sweeping views of the Van Duzer Corridor, guests will savor each course as the sun sets . Tournant will cook over an open fire, creating a sensory experience that reflects the season and setting.
Founder Andy Lytle will guide you through each wine pairing, sharing insights and stories from the cellar and vineyard.
Seating is limited. Please bring layers, as evening temperatures can vary. Reservations are $250 per person or $200 for club members.

Wooden Heart Kitchen will be providing brick oven baked pizza and foods. Hiyaku Sushi will be on-site preparing high-quality hand rolls and caviar rolls. Gourmet ice cream sandwiches will be available courtesy of Ruby Jewel.
