Hopewell Hills Vineyard is 19 acres planted in the heart of the Eola-Amity AVA. We produce ~60-75 tons of 667, 777, 114, and Pommard Pinot Noir clones. We self manage our vineyard with crews, of which our crew leads have been on the vineyard for over 30 years. We farm sustainably and responsibly to LIVE standards. Our neighbors to the North are Bledsoe McDaniels and to the South Is Domaine Serene’s Jerusalem Hill site, and we believe our site is just as amazing.
We are able to be very competitive on price particularly on larger quantities. We harvest into our bins and will truck to your winery. For this vintage we are willing to sell at $2,600/ton or $2,400 for contracts over 10 tons.

Our small vineyard consists of 3 acres of Pinot Noir split between 114, 115, and Pomard along with 1 acre of Chardonnay Dijon 76 for sale in 2025. If you are interested, please reach out to us. Although both vineyards are not certified organic, we have farmed them organic since 2013.
Pinot harvest for the 3 acres is in the 7-9 ton range and the chardonnay yields consistently 4 tons for the one acre. Cost per ton is $3300 which includes harvest (you provide bins and transportation). If you would like to farm the vineyard yourself, we can negotiate a per acre price. There is plenty of interest from some small buyers for both fruit types on the side that you could sell to with no problem if you didn’t want the entire bounty. Vineyard has consistently produced beautiful and clean fruit in a special location just south of Cristom Vineyards and next to Soter and Xnovo off Spring Valley road with east facing slopes.

Our vineyard is at 750-900 feet south facing hillside. The vines that are approx 45+ years old, planted with heritage clones back during initial Erath plantings (call for more info).
Pinot Noir (Wadenswil, Pommard, and 114/115),
