Arabilis is what happens when two people with deep passion and an eye for detail decide to build something enduring from the ground up. Founded by Allison and Kenny McMahon in Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills, Arabilis—Latin for “farmable land”—is our pursuit of wines that are precise, expressive, and full of life.

Armed with two PhDs in wine science and a steadfast commitment to traditional methods, we craft Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines that marry rigor with delight. Every decision—from vineyard sourcing to final blending—is guided by curiosity, intention, and an unshakable belief that great wine begins in the vineyard and is meant to be shared.
